Half-day Fridays

We work a four-and-a-half-day week here at Gleeson Recruitment Group, meaning the team can clock off early on a Friday and get a head start on the weekend! We encourage a healthy work-life balance, and half day Fridays are just one of the ways we support everyone to take the time to do the things they enjoy outside of work.


Smart Working Hours

Here at Gleeson Recruitment Group, trust is a given, and the team have the autonomy to do their job their way. Smart Working Hours mean the team can complete their working day anytime between the hours of 7am and 7pm, allowing them to be flexible and fit family commitments, hobbies and personal plans around their work life.
