The Role

My client is seeking a dynamic Freelance Field Marketing Manager to join their EMEA Field Marketing team on a 3-6 month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategy development and execution of marketing programs that generate new leads, increase pipeline, and nurture executive relationships across the EMEA region.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • Daily Rate: £300 per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a suite of programs to generate awareness, attract new contacts/accounts, and increase pipeline
  • Create and package marketing programs to increase leads and productivity
  • Execute marketing strategies including 3rd party events, account profiling, appointment setting, direct marketing, and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Cultivate CXO-level relationships to expedite sales cycles
  • Plan integrated regional marketing programs to enhance customer journey
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing program strategy and execution
  • Define marketing plans that create/accelerate opportunities and impact deal growth
  • Create multi-channel demand marketing to support pipeline growth for direct sales
  • Analyze market research to inform marketing program strategies
  • Track delivery against key business metrics by optimizing campaign tracking
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective follow-up and opportunity tracking
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for events of various scales
  • Travel to events across EMEA (25-50% of your time)
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI using data analytics tools
  • Build one-on-one relationships with customers and prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
  • Experience organizing local and regional events across EMEA markets
  • Outstanding communication and creative thinking skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics
  • Experience with marketing tools and software
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
