An Interim Data Migration Lead is required to join an organisation as part of a broader transformation programme. The Interim Data Migration Lead will oversee the effective and accurate transfer of key financial data from multiple platforms onto a single source ERP.
This role will require both a tactical and strategic approach and will interface with multiple work streams.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Defining, planning and implementing a robust and comprehensive data migration strategy
- Implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and governance
- Interfacing with multiple work streams ensuring the activities remain to plan
- Data mapping and process documentation
The successful candidate will demonstrate;
- A proven track record in effective data migration activities in complex businesses undertaking transformation activities
- Strong planning and documenting experience
- The ability to engender trust with multiple internal stakeholders and external parties
- A proven track record operating with ERP programmes, preferably SAP
