They are now looking for a passionate and proactive M&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving their growth. This is more than just a financial or transactional role - it's an opportunity to shape the future by identifying and acquiring businesses that align with their values and standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Originate Acquisition Opportunities - Build relationships with business owners through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop a Robust Pipeline - Research and identify acquisition targets that align with our values.
  • Build Trusting Relationships - Engage with stakeholders in a warm and meaningful way.
  • Financial & Strategic Analysis - Review financial data, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Lead Negotiations - Draft tailored offer letters and manage discussions with owners.
  • Internal Reporting - Prepare reports, briefings, and board presentations.
  • Support Due Diligence - Work with advisors and team members to ensure seamless acquisitions.
  • Refine M&A Strategy - Contribute to our strategic growth plans and vision.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in M&A from an operations or finance, within a multi-site business.
  • Passion for growth and business development with a natural ability to connect with owners.
  • Excellent communication skills - Warm, engaging, and able to convey our vision.
  • Strong financial acumen - Able to review reports and assess opportunities.
  • Commercial mindset - Strategic thinker who can align acquisitions with our goals.
  • Tech-savvy - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Ambitious & Proactive - Driven to deliver results.
  • Trustworthy & Empathetic - Able to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel nationwide.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
